“LEGO® Masters” Finalist and Well-Known Mixed Media Artist Jessica “Ragzy” Ewud will begin teaching a series of classes on Outschool beginning this week
San Francisco, CA – October 19, 2020 – Today, Outschool announced it will be bringing on it’s first celebrity to their platform. “LEGO Masters” finalist and professional artist, Jessica Ragzy Ewud, will begin offering online classes beginning this week. FOX’s Emmy Award-nominated “LEGO Masters” program has become one of FOX’s highest rated shows in 2020 and a family favorite. In addition to “LEGO Masters,” Jessica is a professional artist that creates canvas work and sculptures from LEGO bricks.
“It is a huge honor to have such an inspiring artist such as Jessica joining our Outschool community. ‘Build with Jessica’ online classes will be an amazing opportunity for kids to learn about LEGO builds from a professional artist while tapping into their own creativity,” said Erica Labovitz, Outschool Head.
Beginning on October 19th, the online classes will be held virtually for ages 4-14 on Outschool’s platform. Jessica’s classes will be a fun and educational way to explore creativity while learning LEGO tips and tricks. The classes will also focus on STEAM learning.
Halloween themed online classes are first on deck with builds such as spooky bats, skeletons, monsters, spiders and pumpkins.
“I’ve had so many parents ask me to offer classes for their kids as we all go through these tough times,” said Jessica. “A lot of kids are stuck inside and build-classes are a fun way to engage kids in virtual learning. I wanted to do something engaging for the young fans to lift their spirits.”
